The Vron Gate Show is organised by a small team of local people who all volunteer their time.
If you would like to help at the next show please get in touch we are always looking for help to get all aspects of the show running smoothly.

Our Show committee meets most months through the year to plan the next show.
We are always looking for people who are willing to commit their support on the day or in the run up to the show.

We are always looking for people to join in with our fundraising efforts, the show is run purely by volunteers and without local support we would struggle to get it staged every year.
We are also interested in any new views and ideas as to how we can improve the show for all ages going forward.

Each year we always need help with the following:
Help to run the Bar and BBQ
Help to run the Tea Tent
Help selling raffle tickets for our Prize Draw
Help on the gate
Marshalls to help with parking
Help to deliver schedules or put up signs
Help to put the tents up (and take them down)

Cake donations for the Tea tent are always welcome too...
​
We are a friendly lot and there's always a drink and a burger for the helpers on the day!
