EXHIBITOR RULES

notes to all exhibitors

• Exhibits are not permitted without the correct entry fee

• Exhibits must be staged between 8.am - 11.am prompt

• You will be given an entry card by the Entry Officer with your name and class number which you place face down next to your entry - judging is stewarded to ensure it is fair and proper in every class

• Exhibitors may enter up to 3 entries in each class

• Judging will commence at 11 a.m and the marquee will be open to the public at 1pm

• All exhibits must remain in the tent until 5pm

• Exhibits to removed after 5pm by all exhibitors, the organisers will not be held responsible for any exhibits left after 5.30pm

• Prizes will be announced at the end of the show

• Any Prize money must be collected at the show or will be donated to the Vron Gate Show

• All cups & shields to be held for one year - cups to cleaned returned to the entry secretary 1 month before the next show.

We award cups for the most points in the following classes;

• The Gemmell Cup - classes 1-43 living within a 5 mile radius of Vron Gate

• The Seven Stars Cup - classes 1-21 

• Prize Shield - class 22 

• The Charles Jones of Vennington Memorial Cup - class 23 

• Vron Gate Show Top Tray - class 24
